The Xna is agroup of classes that works as a Visual C# Express plugin,which enables you to creat your own game either 3D or 2D game for both Windows OS & Microsoft Xbox.
All the previous IDEs are completly for free,mens you can simply download C#Express for free&Xna Game Studio-all for free.
NOTE:To creat an Xbox Game you have to has amembership at Xna GameCreators website which need you to pay for that ,but don't worry the fees are tiny!
